Content Guidelines

IMPRINTA — CONTENT GUIDELINES Imprinta is a platform dedicated to subjective impressions, not facts. These Guidelines outline what content is permitted on the platform. By using Imprinta, you agree to comply with these rules.

1. Core Principle

All content on Imprinta must be: • subjective; • grounded in personal experience; • expressed as an impression, not as a factual assertion.

2. No Accusations or Factual Claims

You must not: • accuse anyone of a crime; • claim illegal activity; • present unverified statements as facts; or • publish “exposés” or allegations. Content must never be framed as a factual claim. Prohibited examples: • “He is a scammer” • “She is involved in illegal activity” Content should always be oriented around perception, not declaration.

3. Allowed: Subjective Impressions

You may: • describe how you felt; • share personal experiences; • use neutral or emotionally indicative tags. Allowed examples: • “Feels unreliable” • “Uncomfortable interaction” • “Hard to trust” Focus on impressions rather than assertions.

4. No Personal Data

Do not share: • phone numbers; • email addresses; • home or work addresses; • last names; • specific workplace details.

5. Content Format (Core to Imprinta)

Content must: • use short-form expressions or tags; • avoid long narratives; • avoid detailed storytelling or “case descriptions”. Imprinta is built for impressions — not extended accounts.

6. No Harassment or Hate

Prohibited: • insults or degrading language; • harassment; • hate speech; • attacks based on race, religion, gender, or identity.

7. Safety and Violence

Do not: • threaten others; • promote or justify violence; • encourage harmful behavior.

8. Minors (Strict Policy)

Imprinta is strictly 18+. You must not: • upload images of minors; • discuss or identify minors; • post content where a person may reasonably be under 18. Violations may result in immediate content removal or a permanent account ban.

9. Content About Other People

You may share impressions about others only if: • they are based on personal interaction; • they are expressed as subjective impression; • they do not reveal identity through distinctive details. You are solely responsible for your content.

10. Moderation

We may, at our sole discretion: • remove content; • restrict visibility; • suspend or terminate accounts. Moderation decisions may be based on: • safety; • policy compliance. We are not obligated to provide justification for moderation actions.

11. Report & Takedown

If you believe content violates these Guidelines: • use the in-app Report feature; or • contact: support@imprinta.app. We review reports and may take action, up to and including removal.

12. Platform Position

Imprinta: • does not verify content; • does not guarantee accuracy; • does not determine truth; • does not serve as an arbiter of disputes. All content reflects user impressions only.

13. Violations

Violations may result in: • content removal; • feature restrictions; • permanent account suspension. Repeated or severe violations may lead to immediate termination.

14. Legal Position

By submitting content, you acknowledge that: • your content reflects personal impression; • you are responsible for what you publish; • your content may affect others; and • you will not present impressions as facts. You also agree not to use Imprinta to: • harm reputations through false statements; • bypass these Guidelines; or • misuse the platform for targeted attacks.
