Data deletion request
IMPRINTA — DATA DELETION REQUEST If you wish to permanently remove your account and personal data, you can submit a request using one of the options below.
1. Delete Your Account in the App
You can delete your account directly: Path: Settings → Account → Delete Account Once completed: • your account will be deactivated immediately; • the deletion procedure will begin automatically.
2. Request Data Deletion via Email
If you no longer have access to your account, please send your request to: Email: privacy@imprinta.app Include: • the email address associated with your account; • your username (if available); • subject: “Data Deletion Request”. We may request additional verification to confirm your identity.
3. What Will Be Deleted
Upon a successful request: • your account will be deleted; • your personal data will be removed or anonymized.
4. What May Be Retained
In certain circumstances, some information may be retained where necessary: • to comply with legal obligations; • to enforce our Terms and policies; and • to prevent abuse and uphold platform safety. This may include a limited set of logs or records required for security and fraud prevention.
5. User-Generated Content
Any content you submitted may: • be deleted; • be anonymized (no longer linked to your account). We cannot guarantee the removal of all interactions if they involve other users or are required to maintain system integrity.
6. Processing Time
We aim to process deletion requests within 10–30 days.
7. Important
Deleting your account is permanent: • this action cannot be undone; • you will lose access to all data and features.
