IMPRINTA — TERMS OF USE Effective Date: 04.08.2026 Welcome to Imprinta. Imprinta is a platform dedicated to subjective impressions about individuals formed through personal interactions. These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement (“Terms”) between you and Imprinta (“we”, “our”). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Imprinta.

1. Nature of the Platform

Imprinta is not a source of facts. Any content on the platform: • reflects personal, subjective impressions only; • is not verified; and • must not be interpreted as factual statements. Imprinta does not: • verify identities; • confirm events; or • validate claims. Accordingly, all content constitutes impressions, not fact.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18+ to use Imprinta. By using the platform, you confirm that: • you are at least 18 years old; and • you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

3. User Content

You are solely responsible for any content you upload. You agree that you will not: • present impressions as facts; • make accusations of crimes or other illegal activity; • share private, confidential, or sensitive personal data; • harass, threaten, or target individuals; or • upload content involving minors. Your content must describe impressions, not allegations.

4. Strict No-Accusation Rule

Imprinta is not intended as a venue for: • reporting crimes; • naming alleged offenders; or • asserting factual claims of wrongdoing. Content that implies criminal or illegal behavior may be: • removed; • restricted; and/or • subject to account penalties, including an account ban.

5. Minor Safety

Imprinta is strictly 18+. Any content involving minors is prohibited. This includes: • images of minors; • “throwback” images; or • any content suggesting that a person is under 18 years of age. Violations may result in: • immediate account bans.

6. Account

You are responsible for your account and all activity conducted through it. You agree: • not to impersonate others; • not to create false identities; and • not to transfer, sell, or otherwise convey your account to any third party. We may suspend or delete accounts at any time without notice.

7. Content License

By uploading content, you grant Imprinta a: • worldwide • royalty-free • perpetual • non-exclusive license to use, display, modify, and distribute your content.

8. Moderation

We may, at our sole discretion and without providing explanations: • remove content; • limit visibility; and/or • ban accounts.

9. Artificial Intelligence

We may use artificial intelligence to: • analyze content; • detect potential violations; and • improve the platform. Your content may be used for these purposes.

10. No Reliance

You agree that: • content may be inaccurate; • content may be misleading; • content reflects subjective perception; and • you use Imprinta at your own risk.

11. Disclaimer

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties or guarantees regarding: • the accuracy of content; • reliability; or • availability.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imprinta is not liable for: • any damages of any kind; • any decisions made based on platform content; or • any user-generated content.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Imprinta from any claims arising from: • your content; • your use of the platform; or • your violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access: • at any time; • without notice; and • for any reason.

15. Disputes

All disputes must be resolved individually. You agree that: • no class actions are permitted; and • you waive the right to a trial by jury.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
